This raw sour cream goes so well with lots of dishes. I love to eat it with Taco wraps and tomato soup. Enjoy!

Ingredients
½ cup cashews, soaked
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic (small)
1 lemon (juiced)
sea salt to taste
Recipe Directions
Soak cashews until soft, about 30 minutes. Blend everything in a food processor until creamy and smooth. Add filtered water if necessary.

Oh my God, this is WAY better than Sour Cream! Very versatile aswell.
I wouldn't cut out the Apple Cider Vinegar... you can barely even taste it. Perfect the way it is.
