Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
6 Strawberries, stemmed
1 bag organic baby spinach (5 oz)
8 ounce fresh squeezed apple juice
1 tablespoon organic grade B pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast, optional
1 teaspoon lecithin granules, optional
Recipe Directions
Toss everything in a blender..add water or more juice if it won’t “turn over”. Blend on high speed for at least 30 full seconds til silky smooth. My boyfriend likes it with ice. I also make this if I don’t have strawberries on hand, I just lessen the amount of nutritional yeast and add a squeeze of lemon.
SuLuLu's Thoughts
By SuLuLu This is vibrant green, creamy, apple and strawberry flavored. I find that after I drink it, I feel really happy!

That sounds great for summer. I usually have all of those ingredients on hand, and if I don't have any fresh strawberries, I can always find some in my freezer. Thanks for sharing :-)
