This is a nice mix of flavors. It reminds me of watermelon a little bit. I tried to get the measurements pretty accurate but they are really just estimations.

Yield
makes 1 16 oz. glass
Ingredients
¾ cup fresh strawberries
½ cup water as needed
1¼ cup cucumber, roughly chopped
Recipe Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend. Add more water if needed. You could probably juice this as well or strain the pulp for more of a “cooler”. I bet it would be nice over ice on a hot day!

OOOo Strawberries and cucumbers! This sounds so refreshing! I also find that when blended into a smoothie, cucumber creates a melon-flavor. Isn't that interesting?

Yummy! I just made this. I put it all in my magic bullet and then mixed it with a bit of seltzer water. I'm doing my "Foundations of Managerial Mathematics" homework today, and this was a nice break. I'm calling it my Algebra Fizz! Dorky, I know.
