10 Carrots,, juiced
1 lemon, cut off rind, juiced
1 2 inch knob ginger, peeled, juiced
½ teaspoon himalayan sea salt
1 teaspoon Thai Spice
1 teaspoon light miso,, optional
1 tablespoon coconut butter
3 tablespoon olive oil
Juice Carrots, lemon, and ginger. Place into blender, and add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. Garnish with cilantro or lemon thyme. You can serve this warmed up or room temperature.

This was easy and quick to prepare and it tastes devine. Please check that the thai seasoning mix you buy doesn’t have shrimp in it, as some brands do. The frontier brand from Whole Foods is shrimp free..
