Yield
Serves 4 as an appy or 2 as a meal
Ingredients
3 cup Carrot Juice
1 Avocado
2 tablespoon Dried Dill or a handful of fresh dill
Chopped red peppers
Recipe Directions
Juice your carrots until you have about 3 cups. Blend with the avocado and dill. Pour into bowls and garnish with chopped red peppers and a sprinkle of dill. The amount of dill us just a guesstimate, you could use more or less depending on how it tastes to you. If your only making for 1 person you might want to half the recipe.
Rawmumma's Thoughts
By rawmumma Simple and refreshing, my baby loves it and so do my “cooked” friends and family. Plus no salt, yay!
