<p>I love everything about being healthy! It is my purpose in life to educate others about better choices. I am an educator on Natural Hormone Balance .</p> <p>I have recently purchased a vita mix blender and I have not eaten meat for a week! That was not my intention, it just happened. I love drinking everything and feeling so great!</p> <p>I made several bad drinks and went on a mission to find recipes. Voila! Here you are. My first recipe was a success and look forward to many more.</p>
