I have tried raw before but it didn't really stick. I fell into the beliefs of others that a raw diet was not possible long-term and gave up after a couple of months. However, I am still sick, I am still overweight, and I still wonder if I can make a success from eating raw foods! I have learned that I feel better, physically, emotionally, and mentally, when I eat healthier. Meat has been out of my diet for a while. I've done the vegan meal prep but quickly become tired of the same old thing within the same week! I'm here to prove to myself that all the research, all the belief is worth it! Food makes a difference, and I am finally ready to embrace the change.
