I dabbled in raw food a few years ago, and still make some of those recipes. They definitely helped me to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

I grew up in St. Pete and went north about 60 miles to teach for my career. I have moved back and continue to look for restaurants that cook "my" way, with lots of nutrition in unprocessed vegetables and fruits.

Yesterday, I went to The Cider Press Cafe in Downtown St. Pete, FL for the third time and enjoyed the artisan walnut bread which was raw and absolutely delicious each time. I'm very glad I've found the site!!
