hi…raw has been good for me on all levels…as a athelete, my performance has exploded in only the first week of becomming raw. (not to mention i’ve lost 5 pouds of fat and toxins, and no muscle loss!) i am continuing to see great results, mental clarity, calmness, and euphoria! did i mention i love to eat and cook?...so excited to have discovered ‘gone raw’.
