<p>I am a 40-something Mom of 2 and a Nurse Practitioner. I belive that a plant based lifestyle is essential to longevity and health. I am an aspiring raw vegan. I love to cook (cooked food) for my family and am enjoying trying out all the raw recipes here! My carnivorous family loves them, too!</p> <p>I love to garden and talk to my plants. My dream is to live in an oceanfront cottage in the tropics, where I can grow all my own food. </p>
