Yield
Makes about 5 cups
Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
1 Lemon- juiced
3 tablespoon dark miso
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 clove garlic
water as needed
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup ground flax
¼ cup dulse
Recipe Directions
Put all ingredients except water into a food processor or blender. Wizz until smooth. Add just enough water to allow it to blend. It should be very thick—like peanut butter. Make sure the garlic is pureed into the mixture so you don’t get any wicked chunks :)
Crystalline's Thoughts
By Crystalline A savory, spreadable, dippable rich nutty, seedy goo. I call it Accidental Pate because I came home from work one day and threw it together in the Vitamix. I use celery sticks for a shovel :) This is very rich and very filling. It can be thinned further with water to make a lovely salad dressing.
