Serves 2
Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro
1 Meat of baby Coconut
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Green Onion, chopped
1 Juice of lemon or 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
A few sprigs of fresh dill
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Salt
½ Avocado (use whole for creamier texture)
Recipe Directions
Put everything in food processor and blend. You may have to blend ingredients separately to get them all to fit.

By windmillmind I’ve been trying to get more cilantro in my life, so today I started to make guacamole with what ingredients I had lying around, and this is what happened. I was pleasantly surprised.

OUTSTANDING!!!! You are brilliant!!!! I changed it to 1 tsp. cumin and 1 tsp. salt instead of Tablespoon.
