Ingredients

6 Granny Smith apples
1½ teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Agave nectar (to taste)
Walnut pie crust (see link below)

Recipe Directions

1. Blend ingredients in food processor until chunky or smooth like apple sauce.

2. Save in a covered bowl until serving time.

3. Then pour into walnut pie crust (or your favorite) and top with a sprinkling of cinnamon. You can also add chunks of apple if you like it chunkier.

Just made the apple pie with the crust!!!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM good. even my girl friend liked it and shes on the SAD diet, i took a pic if you want it let me know thanks!

I also added a cup of dates. I put the agave, lemon, vanilla in with the dates and put it in the blender. Then mixed it in with the chunks of apples and hand mixed the two together. It gave it a great apple pie filling.
