Great breakfast on a cold fall morning. Remember to soak your almonds ahead of time!

1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Celtic salt
Recipe Directions
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
It goes well with a bit of ginger added, too.

Good question! I consider it one serving, but for many folks it could probably be two, especially if you're having something along with it.

I think 1/4 cup of almonds is 1 serving for the average person. 3 c would be about 12 servings, unless you are really famished for nuts, in which case, good luck digesting it!

This was really good. I also made it with less almonds and some ground flaxseeds. I added some small chunks of apple, dried fruit and nuts for some texture. It's a great substitute for traditional oatmeal.
