Dehydrated cookie!
-
Yield
Two dozens, depends on size
Found in:
Ingredients
2 cups almonds
2 cups walnuts
2 bananas
Sweetener of choice
Recipe Directions
1. Place almonds and walnuts in a food processor until it clumps, (hope you know what clumps looks like!).
2. Add bananas and sweetener (I soak a healthy handful of dates). Process until dough-like.
3. Place on dehydrator sheets at 105 Fahrenheit for a couple of hours.
4. Flip and remove sheets and then go as long as you want.

My foster daughter (age 4) & I made these on my birthday. Heaven is right! This recipe was simple and delicious. That's my kind of recipe! I'm new to the raw lifestyle and am just beginning to experiment with recipes. My entire family fell in love with these cookies. I had to hide them to make sure they didn't eat the entire batch.
