I’ve been eating Wilmore’s energy soup a lot lately but am getting tired of it. I had some beets that I needed to use up so I came up with this recipe. Very tasty and delish! I gobbled it up, didn’t have a chance to take a photo! It resembles the energy soup.

Ingredients

1 golden beet with its leaves, juiced
1 small fuji apple, juiced
1 huge handful of mixed greens
.33 cucumber, cubed
1 garlic clove, chopped
¼ jalapeno, chopped
.33 avocado, cubed
pinch sea salt, to taste

Recipe Directions

Scrub clean both the beet and its leaves, discard the stems. Juice the leaves, beet and apple. Should make about one cup. Blend with rest of ingredients with the juice.
