Yield
1 or 2 servings, if you're nice enough to share
Ingredients
1 pint frozen blueberries (fresh is best)
1/2 an avocado
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup water (or as much needed to get things moving in the blender)
Recipe Directions
1. Put everything in your blender and go! If it looks really stuck, add the tiniest bit of water to get it all moving.
Heartbrooklyn's Thoughts
Soft serve style ice cream from the blender!
I made this last weekend and it was just lovely.
If using a K-TEC: press the ice cream button.
Vitamix: go from low to high speeds.
Regular blender: maybe half freeze the blueberries, blend, then throw the lot in the freezer again to firm it up.
