Yield
Serves 6
Ingredients
1 cup almonds (ground in a coffee grinder)
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons raw tahini
1 1/2 tablespoons raw carob
Shredded coconut (optional)
Crushed walnuts, pecans, etc. (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Grind all almonds to a fine powder in a coffee grinder and put into food processor.
2. Add tahini, honey, and carob. Process well. Mixture will be crumbly, but it will stick together easily.
3. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into little bite size balls. You can then roll the balls in coconut, nuts, hemp seeds, or whatever you like. Enjoy!
