Ingredients
As many chard leaves as you want wraps
1 tomato
1/2 red pepper
1 carrot, grated
Handful srpouts of choice
2-3 raw olives chopped into small pieces
1/3 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Clove garlic
Recipe Directions
In a food processor process the sunflower seeds, lemon juice and garlic into a pate-like consistency
Spread on chard and top with the other ingredients. Roll up into wraps.
Bite and be ready to feel truly satisfied!

Thanks for the idea of using chard- I prefer it to collards. I made a paste of miso and tahini, spread it on the chard and added pea shoots, zucchini, spinach, yellow pepper and it was delicious and filling. A quick and easy lunch
