1 cup Brazil nuts
1/2 cup raw coconut (shredded)
3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
1 large avocado or 2 small ones
¼ cup raw cacao powder
3 young coconuts (meat only)
¾ cup raw agave nectar
1 tablespoon maca powder (optional, but adds a great flavor)
1. Blend well in the food processor.
2. Press into a pie plate.
3. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Put filling into pie crust.

This pie is so yummy and satisfying!
I am usually too hungry to wait, but the crust gets a little stiffer if you refrigerate it for an hour or so.
