Yield
Serves 1 hungry girl (or guy) with one very big salad
Ingredients
1 dash olive oil
.33 lemon, squeezed
1 teaspoon dill, or to taste (I like a lot)
1 leaf fresh basil
1 dash water, depending on how much or little oil you use
¼ cup pine nuts
Recipe Directions
Okay, so I didn’t really measure this, just sort of threw it all in a blender till I came up with a consistency/flavor I liked. I’m sure any other herbs can be used, and a little garlic wouldn’t be bad. This had me wanting to lick the bowl, though, so consider yourself warned.
So yeah, just blend it all still it’s smooth and creamy.

This looks just delicious. We're getting into the season for fresh herbs and my mouth is watering thinking of all that creamy fresh green goodness!
