2 lg Cucumbers, chopped
½ cup Tahini
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Olive oil
4 Garlic, chopped
Salt, too taste
Cumin, too taste
Pepper, too taste
Mix all together in food processor until smooth. Serve on crackers, sandwiches, salads or whatever.
Scoop seeds out of cucs first for a better texture!
