3-4 cups
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers (peeled)
1 cup celery juice
1 very ripe avocado
½ cup olive oil
1 lemon (juiced)
1 tablespoon nama shoyu
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon yacon syrup
1 tablespoon mesquite powder, optional
Sea salt (to taste)
2 large cucumbers (peeled)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend all ingredients together. Top it with chives or other handy herbs and enjoy.

A hydrating and smooth soup.
Tip: Use leftover pills of cucumber for your facial mask.
Apply pills to your face, leave for 10 minutes to hydrate, and then soften your skin with coconut oil.
