Ingredients
BANANA CREAM
1 ripe banana
½ cup cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
1/8 cup agave nectar
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
CHERRY JAM
½ cup dried cherries (soaked until soft)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
NUT BUTTER
½ cup almond butter
1/8 cup honey or agave nectar
Pinch of sea salt
1 banana (sliced)
Recipe Directions
BANANA CREAM
1. Whip ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
CHERRY JAM
3. Liquefy in blender until syrup consistency.
NUT BUTTER
4. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
5. To assemble, place 2 banana slices in the bottom of a parfait glass, place 1 tablespoon nut butter on top, and then cherry jam and banana cream.
6. Continue to layer until you reach the top and end with bananas. Chill for an hour.

I have to send this recipe to my mom... She's a HUGE Elvis fan (actually fan is sort of an understatement) she's partially raw and I've been working hard on getting her to enjoy raw more than cooked foods.. but I think alot of her issue is that raw seems to have more prep work.. This one should be easy for her though...

I just made this! Very good... i used dried fig and apricot for my jam and i made a raw dark cacao sauce and put on the very top....Mmmm... good stuff!
