2 cups zucchini (cut into little pieces)
1 cup fresh fruits (cut into little pieces)
1 cup of sun-dried fruits (cut into little pieces)
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup water (maybe a little more)
1 tablespoon agave syrup or stevia
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of vanilla powder
1. Put the sauce ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Put the zucchini and the fruits in a bowl.
3. Pour the sauce on them and stir well. It will be better if you put it apart for an hour or two.

This is a crunchy fruit and vegetable dish with creamy vanilla cashew sauce.
This is the favorite of my family. You must try it.
You can use almonds instead of cashews because normal cashew aren't raw (In Hungary, only non-raw cashews are available.).
