how much soak water for top layer and bottom? Any Guesses?

Mmmm! I love Goji berries, but the dried cherries would be wonderful.... especially with some fresh ones on top. Thanks for sharing!

I'd guess 1/8 cup for the base because you don't want it to be too wet since it's the crust. And for the top layer, since you aren't using the soak water from the cashews or raisins, I would just use the remaining soak water you have left from the goji berries- it should be about 1/2 cup.
