3 cup Kale, chopped
2 cup carrot, grated
½ head, red cabbage, shredded
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup olive oil
.33 cup Bragg's or Nama Shoyu
5 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Chop/grate veggies and add to a large bowl. whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. let stand as long as possible (2 hours is optimal but i can never wait that long!) for flavours to come together.

This salad come from the Planet Organic grocery store deli in Canada. I loved it so much but at $5 for a small container, I knew I had to make it myself. I am only 95% raw so I use balsamic vinegar, but raw red wine or apple cider vinegar would work as well.
