1½ cups water
½ cup fresh coconut milk
2 tablespoons agave nectar (optional sweetener)
½ cup hemp seeds (hulled)
¼ cup flax seeds
Frozen strawberries (enough to come to rim of liquids)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1. Blend liquids and seeds.
2. Add the rest and blend! Enjoy!
