Yield
1-2 glasses
Ingredients
1½ cups water
5 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup banana (frozen)
1 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen)
3 tablespoons agave nectar
Pinch of sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Blend everything, except for the frozen ingredients, on high speed until it is white, creamy, and frothy.
2. Add the frozen ingredients and blend again on high until smooth and creamy.
Indulge's Thoughts
By IndulgeI prefer it simple with just the blueberries and hemp milk and it keeps the whole thing low sugar, but it is thicker, creamier, and sweeter with the banana.

I love making smoothies with 1 cup mylk and 1 cup frozen berries and 1 banana, but this was my first time using hemp milk, and it was just delicious! One of my fave smoothies. I like adding bananas for thickness (so that it doesn't just taste like a water-y juice).
