Yield
makes 2 tall glasses
Ingredients
1 mango, frozen in chunks
2 oranges
1 cup kale, washed
water
2 tablespoon hemp seeds
Recipe Directions
Juice the orange. I have a manual juicer for citrus. I suppose you could squeeze it with your hand too.
Place the frozen mango into the blender. Pour the orange juice on top. Then put the hemp seeds in. Shove the kale in on top. Add some water.
Press liquefy. Stop the blender and push the greens down more if needed.
Blend for 1-2 minutes to really chop up the kale. Of course this depends on your blender quality too.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Bitt's Thoughts

I made this for my banana-free hubby. This was his first green smoothie that he actually liked. The hemp is because he is allergic to flax too. I made him a batch with about 1 cup kale and me a batch with 2 cups. The picture is with two cups.
