Ingredients
6 very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons nut butter
1 tablespoon tahini
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon allspice
Water
Ice (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Add the bananas and enough water to help get things moving to the blender.
2. Toss in everything else. Whiz!

The pitcher on my blender was completely filled up [& it's about a 6 cup capacity] so maybe 3 servings. And you're right about the cinnamon. Thanks for catching that! :) -[editing]-
