Ingredients

STRAWBERRY LAYER
1 cup strawberries
1/3 cup dates
CREAM LAYER
1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
3/4 cup cashews (soaked for 2 hours or more)
2 tablespoons light agave nectar or honey
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut (dried, shaved)
DARK BERRY LAYER
3/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup dates
BLUEBERRY TOPPINGS
2 cups blueberries
6 candles or sparklers

Recipe Directions

1. Blend each layer separately in a Magic Bullet or blender.

2. Individually empty each layer into a separate plastic baggie.

ASSEMBLY

3. Cut the corners off of each plastic baggy containing the strawberry, cream, and dark berry.

4. As equally as you can, distribute the layer equally between the 6 glasses by squeezing on each bag.

5. Start with the strawberry, then cream, and lastly the dark berry layer.

6. Top each cup with a 1/3 cup of blueberries and store in the fridge for 1 hour or more.

7. Light a candle or sparkler on each cup before serving. Please assist all children with the object on fire.

This looks great! Thank you - the fourth of July is a big deal around our place and I was hoping to come up with some raw things to enjoy!

I made these cups for July 4th and they were absolutely fantastic!!!!!! everyone loved them.

One suggestion: the picture of the cup above does not indicate how many ounces it holds. You may want to indicate how many ounces should be in a serving.

When I made the recipe, I doubled it just to be safe, and it barely made 6 cups (using 10 oz plastic cups from the store). I ended up making 3 batches at double the recipe, so I felt like a berry making machine in the end, but they turned out amazing.

Can't wait to make this again! Thank you for postiing this!
