SA-RAW's Thoughts
By SA-RAW This dessert is made without avocado, nuts, or coconut unlike most desserts!
It's easy, chocately, and creamy.
If you don't have a high-powered blender, you may want to soak the dates for a little while, or omit them, and use a little more syrup, or you'll end up with date chunks, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but totally up to you.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

This sounds like a very good way to use up summer squash- a good recipe to try on my children!

Wow! Thank you so much for sharing! I've just made it, doubled the recipe, omitted the agave but added 2 dates, plus 2 teaspoons lucuma, 1 dash salt and cayenne, grund vanilla beans and (i must admit) maybe 1/2 teaspoon coconut butter... I eat the whole thing! It is fabulous! Wanna try with a mango instead of banana...
I'm so happy that you post this recipe as I previously tries avocado pudding; delicious but so difficult to digest!
Hope you'll share other fat-free delicious and imaginative recipes!
