Recipe Directions

1. Put the first 6 ingredients into the food processor, without adding any salt.

2. At the end, add the half cup of buckwheat that was put aside.

3. Form small dumplings and put in the dehydrator for a couple of hours.

4. It's ready when it's dry on the outside and soft in the inside.

It's cabbage, betroot, onion and apple chopped finely, with olive oil and lemon juice. I made this form with the help of a cup. It's only a garnish, but is really delicious.
