2 Medium Sized Portabello mushroom, Destemmed
1 slice Regular or heirloom tomato
.125 Avocado, sliced
2 slice Cucumber
1 Sun-Dried Tomato, Sliced Thin
dash Flax Oil
dash Braggs
Recipe Directions
Wipe dirt gently from Mushroom. Place with care on plate, arrange vegetable atop one piece of portabella then top with the other. Breathe, take a bite, feel gooood!

Uuuhhh, Sueko, I think because it's a salad that you're layering the mushroom with, you just use the Braggs and flax oil like a dressing to drizzle them with.
