Yield
Makes 16-20 Burgers (depending on how big you make them)
Ingredients
4 carrots
1 zucchini
½ onion
1 cup macadamia nuts
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Recipe Directions
1. Everything goes in the food processor.
2. Blend and pulse away until you get a really good wet consistency.
3. I use an egg ring to get the perfect shape. I put the egg ring on top of a Teflex sheet on the mesh tray, then dollop 1 Large desert spoon full of the mixture in it and press it in and fill a little more if needed.
4. When all the mixture is used put the tray in the Excalibur Dehydrator on 105-110 degrees. It takes 12 – 18 hours depending on how you want your end product.
Bubbbles's Thoughts
By BubbblesA delicious hearty curry burger.
Great for serving with salad or on top of your favorite bread.
Or if you dry extra you can crumble into a jar and use as a flavoring for salad sprinkle or with veggies etc.
