1 large onion (cut into rings)
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 cup flax seeds (ground)
1 cup almonds (ground)
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1. Bowl number 1: Mix olive oil, water, sea salt.
2. Bowl number 2: Flax seed, almonds, paprika, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
3. Dip each ring in bowl number 2 and then into bowl number 1 and now back into bowl number 2.
4. Place on dehydrator trays without Teflex sheets. Dehydrate 10-14 hrs at 105 Fahrenheit or until crispy.
5. Serve warm.

To die for!
Great mix with a sun burger, a salad topping, in soup or just as a snack.
I eat them straight out of the dehydrator. You can double, triple, or whatever this recipe. Make as much as you want!
