Ingredients
3 Medium tomatoes
1/2 Bunch Cilantro (Coriander)
Serrano or Jalapeno Chilies to taste
1 bunch green onions
1/4 Cup lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoon Celtic Salt
1/2 tsp. fresh garlic
Recipe Directions
Chop tomatoes into 1/4 inch dice. Roughly Chop Cilantro, green onions and chilies. Mix everything together and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes. goes great with guacamole, crackers or chips.

I just added the title, it's called Pico de Gallo, Spaniah for the red thing on the head of a rooster. Also, I forgot to put in 1/2 tsp fresh garlic. Don't like to go too heavy on the garlic here, just a hint.
