1 cup pine nuts
4 1/2 cups fresh basil, gently packed
1/2 cup fresh mint
3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 slightly rounded tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp shoyu
3 tbsp filtered water
process till smooth
