Ingredients
3 cup Pine nuts, ground
1 cup Sunflower seeds, ground
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
handul of cilantro
few cloves of garlic, peeled
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon turmeric
Recipe Directions
grind nuts and seed in coffee grinder, then add all ingridients to food processor and mix. it will eventually turn into one big gooey ball, then its done!

What type of SAD cheese is this compared to? Cream cheese? Cheddar cheese? How do you eat this? Sounds like it would be great on crackers. Or the base to a pizza....
