Yield
I served it with sliced jicama and carrot sticks with 2 Tbs Raw Avocado Dressing for dip, and 6 oz yogurt sweetened with stevia and raw cacao for desert.
Found in:
Ingredients
1½ tomatoes skinned
4 ounce Diced onion and celery, cubed zucchini and yellow squash
Ear of corn or 4 oz fresh/frozen
chili powder, garlic clove, sea salt
Recipe Directions
Blend tomato, garlic, sea salt and chili powder, put in sauce pan over low heat. Once warm add diced and cubed vegetables, corn, then beans…only to take the chill out. Serve. (If you are on the first 30 days just leave the corn out, it’s still very good.)
