3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 cup young coconut water
Recipe Directions
freeze the chopped banana’s. Then just blend the banana’s, celery, and water from one young thai coconut for a delicious smoothie perfect for endurance athletes. The electrolytes, sodium and pottasium are all there!
