YieldMakes one plate worth
2½ cups macadamia flour
¾ cup date paste
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
Olive oil (if necessary)
1. Grind all ingredients in the food processor, making a smooth dough.
2. Remove dough from the processor and spread it on a flat baking dish.
3. For the best consistency, put the dough in the fridge and leave overnight.
4. Cut up the shortbread into pieces of desired size.
