Ingredients
1/2 cup raisins or dates soaked in coconut water for 8-12 hours (reserve soak water)
1 cup sprouted wheat
chopped apple or whatever topping you like(optional)
Recipe Directions
1. if you like your cereal warm, gently heat the soak water
2. blend first 2 ingredients with enough soak water to achieve desired consistency
3. put in a small dish and add aditional toppings

AND all kinds of incredibly useful charts in the back (sprouting, seasons of foods, food combining, etc). If you like this recipe, you'll like her other recipes and should probably just go ahead and buy her pretty book :) there are little notes about this recipe i didn't include
