Recipe Directions

1. Process all ingredients in food processor until processed but not too smooth.

2. Pour on 2 Teflex dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 105 Fahrenheit for about 10 hours, flip over even if it breaks in pieces and continue for another 10 to 14 hours.

3. Then remove from trays and break in small pieces. Serve with almond milk and strawberries or banana or other fruit slices.

Those are the best raw cereals, even better than the cooked ones.

The recipe is slightly modified from the book, raw food real world.

YUMMY! I am finishing up the last of my Kashi flaked cereal and I will make this instead! (with my new dehydrator {dancing around happily}!!)

Is that 2 cups before or after sprouting? I keep getting confused with that... :(
