Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 banana
1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
1/2 avocado
handful of greens
2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Optional- 3/4 cup of yogurt
               1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
             Â
Recipe Directions
1.Blend everything together except the strawberries.
Â
2.When the ingredients are blended, add the strawberries, you may need to add more milk if it gets too thick.

I originally got this recipe from a workout sight (fitnessblender.com). I have since changed it around a little to be one of my favorite lunch smoothies! This smoothie is filling, tasty and great for health and weight loss. Enjoy!
