Joined July 16, 2008<p>SICK an TIRED of being sick and tired. Recently cleaning my old cookbook; ran across my guacamole recipe and realized it had come from here….so decided to check it out further. ALso just recently found the Alisha Cohen site and ordered her book….so am reading and realizing that this way of life can heal me. I am ready to do this, am a bit concerned about winter in Midwest and getting FRESH FOODS?</p>
