Joined January 19, 2008<p>Starting the transformation to a better me!</p> <p>WEEK ONE:<br> Jan. 18th – Jan. 24th</p> <p>Weight (205)</p> <p>Well, it’s day one and I’m feeling relatively great. I’ve been a vegetarian for about 3 months now so meat’s not going to be a problem. I just hope the cravings for junk food will be gone soon. When I went to the grocery store and walked past the cakes and cookies my mouth started to water. :( I already miss them. Just goes to prove that I’m junk-food-junkie! When I became a vegetarian I always knew I would eventually go raw. Not just for the weight loss but for the health benefits. So here I go… OK. It’s day 2 and instead of feeling wonderful, I feel tired, weak, and I’ve got the worst migraine I’ve ever had. Hopefully my body is just trying to adjust. I’m not sure how much longer I can handle feeling this way.</p>
