Joined June 23, 2008<p>I am a 51 year old woman from the US Virgin Islands, living in Georgia. Just last month I lost my sister to pancreatic cancer and what I observed had me searching the web for information on health and wellness. 20 years ago I attended a retreat in San Diego California founded by Ann Wigmore. (The Optimum Heath Institute) I was not mature in my thinking to appreciate what a gift that was to me. I now know and am a believer of how food affects your life and am now ready to start living and eating the way we were created to. I feel the spirit of my beloved Sister guiding me in the right direction.</p>
