This is so simple and absolutely exquisite! This reminded me of a crumble of sorts and it's so satisfying.

I tried this recipe with banana, chopped peaches and chopped nectarines with a nice, generous sprinkle of lucuma powder along with the flax and coconut and it was delish! Enjoy - love all the ideas!

This was great, we used SLAP(seseme seed, linseed, almonds, and punkin seeds) instead of just flax seed, and we added fresh blackberries as they are in season and free here.

Just tried this w/all i had in the house...just the banana, some flax meal, and honey. Very good! I'd like to try it with maybe semi-frozen banana thrown in the processor for just a few seconds (enough just to mash it up a bit) with a little bit of almond milk for breakfast!
